Our Guarantee

Our acceptance guarantee means that if your certificate is not accepted by your assigning party, we will provide you with a full refund. To qualify for the acceptance guarantee, you must contact us within 30 days of enrollment and provide us with proof of decline from your assigning party. We recommend that you confirm with your assigning party before purchasing any of our courses to ensure that they will accept your certificate.

Exclusions

Please note that at this time, cryptocurrency payments do not qualify for our acceptance guarantee. If you need to request a refund for any reason, including if your certificate of completion is not accepted by your assigning party, you can do so by sending us an email at team@projectbono.com.

We do not always guarantee refunds that do not meet our refund policy and acceptance guarantee. However, we may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

To activate our acceptance guarantee, please include in your email a written proof of decline from your assigning party that includes a way of reaching them. If your request meets the criteria of our acceptance guarantee and is within 30 days of your purchase, we will process your refund promptly.

Notes

It's important to note that refunds that don't qualify for the acceptance guarantee, such as those requested outside of the 30-day window or for reasons other than non-acceptance by your assigning party, are reviewed and issued on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions or concerns about requesting a refund, our customer support team is here to help. Simply contact us at team@projectbono.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
